Programs

IIBA legal services programs help people in Alameda, San Francisco, and San Mateo Counties to petition the government and prepare for USCIS citizenship interviews and tests. Our record of success is very good! If you are worried about passing the test, let us help you prepare.

We assist immigrants and their family members in the Bay Area to navigate the rules, regulations, and deadlines governing over 50 U.S. immigration procedures. Our fees are based on a sliding scale, and are nominal. If your case is too complex, we'll tell you about attorneys who can help.

YouthCares, brings together a diverse group of youth to learn job skills, self-knowledge, and leadership experience through intergenerational and peer-tutoring programs.

Through an enduring partnership with the Department of Public Health, Newcomers Health Program, promotes the health and well-being of refugees and asylees in San Francisco while providing interpreter support for primary care services.

Safety Network strengthens and organizes neighborhood communication between residents, businesses and police to prevent violence.

Some of our information is repeated in Español, Russian, and Mandarin. All three offices offer services in Spanish. The San Francisco office offers legal immigration advice in Russian and Mandarin by appointment. The Redwood City offers legal immigration advice in Tagalog.
